Sutton Hoo

Sutton Hoo - is an ancient mound necropolis. Located in the English county of Suffolk. These burials date from the age of 6-7, but the excavations here began only in 1939. Various items of value from this area are among the most significant archaeological finds in the entire UK. The most interesting artifacts have already been transferred to the main museums in the country.
