Scarborough Castle
Scarborough Castle is located in the northern part of the county Yokshir. It was built in the 12th century on the initiative of Count Aumale - William Tolstoy. Some time the castle served as a royal residence. He survived several wars, many attacks and sieges. In addition, the castle was badly damaged during the Second World War. Today Scarborough is in ruins, but this place attracts tourists the opportunity to enjoy the surrounding nature and feel the spirit of past centuries.
