Raglan Castle
Raglan Castle is located in the county of Monmouthshire, located in the southern part of Wales. Its construction was started in 1435 under the leadership of William ap Thomas. Was built, the main tower, later nicknamed "Yellow." However, most of the buildings have been erected at the son of William. Here he spent his childhood, King Henry VII. Castle was repeatedly destroyed, then rebuilt again. Over the 18-19 centuries the castle served as a source of building materials for local residents. In the last century Raglan was taken under state protection.
